Hotel Palace - Plzen

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It offered great value for money, with prices that were much more reasonable than those of the hotels in the city center. The location was perfect, just a short 5-10 minute walk across the river to the downtown area. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. I especially appreciated the fact that the rooms had air conditioning, although it wasn't needed much during my stay. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

Located quite close to the centre. Had a great time, service and room were very much beyond what I expected, would definitely recommend. Secured parking. Very nice steak pub Saloon Roudna 15m from hotel.

Large room anb bathroom. Build in kitchen with microwave oven.Very quiet place in five minutes from centre. Kind stuff.

It was a bit hot in the room, but not critical. Any A/C there...

Had a stay during Christmas time in this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy, and located in a convenient area with several restaurants nearby. The surrounding sights were also easily accessible, which made it easier for us to explore the city on foot. Additionally, the decorations in the lobby and public areas were festive and helped put us in the holiday spirit.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. The food selection was not impressive and the quality was poor. The eggs tasted stale and the bacon was overcooked. The dining area was also crowded and noisy, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. Furthermore, the walls were thin, and therefore the noise from the neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep. the breakfast experience was not up to par with the other aspects of the hotel.

This is the best budget hotel for sure. I have experienced too many accomodations accross Europe.

The staff was totally friendly and very helpful. The room was huge and clean. It is possible to have room for smokers. There is cable TV. Bed was very comfortable and there was nice bath in the bathroom.

The breakfast was not included in the room price.

The hotel had decent prices and a good location, easy to find and reach by car or walking. The breakfast was fairly varied and it was possible to find something that you like. the housekeeping service was prompt and kept the room clean and tidy.

The staff was not very friendly or welcoming, they did not seem interested in engaging with the guests. the room was quite dark and the furniture looked dated and uncomfortable.

It is situated in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and all necessary amenities. the breakfast is impressive, with a variety of options available, including fresh bread, cold cuts, and juice. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

One minor issue was that the reception of the hotel was in a different building, which could be confusing upon arrival.
